The present Fox Air USA was created when Fox Air Shuttle (an early subsidiary to Fox Air) bought Air Jet US, PDXpress and USA World from World International Holdings. These three airlines where merged together to form the new Fox Air USA. The old Fox Air had a hub in Finland and when Fox Air Closed Otten Airlines took over the Finnish hub and created a new airline from the hub. Its still going today as Kettu Air (Kettu is the Finnish word for Fox). Today Fox Air USA operates out of three hubs; Chicago O'Hare, San Francisco and Portland. We fly mostly U.S. domestic flights but we also have some international flights too, like to Amsterdam, London and Zurich. Our aim for the future is to become a major U.S. VA. For the near future not much will change, apart from flight re-numbering and aircraft repaints. Once they are completed we will start to make changes to fleet and routes. We will continue to stay in the Moonshine Alliance where we have connections to routes all over the World.
