Quick History Fox Air USA was created in 1998 based in Chicago O'Hare. It also had a second hub in Helsinki, Finland for its subsidiary Fox Air Finland, now owned by Otten Airlines. In 1999 Fox Air USA created a new subsidiary to operate out New York's La Guardia Airport, this airline is Fox Air Shuttle. In 2001 Fox Air USA run into financial difficulties had closed along with Fox Air Shuttle. Fox Air Shuttle was taken over by Jonathan Peden (then with SKYlines). In 2002 Fox Air Shuttle bought three airlines from World International Holdings, Air Jet US, PDXpress and USA World. Fox Air Shuttle merged these three airlines together to form Fox Air USA. Otten Airlines owns 25% of Fox Air USA. |
